We are looking for a motivated and organised Weighbridge Operator / Administrator to join our team at our Perth site.
The Role
As the first point of contact for drivers, customers and visitors, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the site. You'll be responsible for operating the weighbridge, processing paperwork, liaising with transport and site teams, and ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. The role combines customer service, administration and operational support in a busy recycling environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating the weighbridge system and accurately recording all incoming and outgoing vehicle movements.
- Producing weighbridge tickets, delivery notes and waste transfer documentation.
- Greeting drivers, customers and visitors and ensuring site procedures are followed.
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries professionally.
- Liaising with transport planners, drivers and site personnel to ensure the smooth flow of vehicles.
- Processing purchase orders, invoices and general administration.
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry using company systems.
- Carrying out daily reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies.
- Supporting the wider office and operational team as required.
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and environmental procedures at all times.

Previous weighbridge, transport, logistics, recycling or administration experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
