The Best Connection are currently recruiting for two Machine Operators to join our production team in Brigg. If you have experience with manual production tools like edging, trimming, band saws, or routers-and thrive in a fast-paced environment-this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Mon-Thurs: 07:45 - 16:45

Fri: 07:45 - 12:45 (early finish!)

Pay: £12.71/hour

Pay: Competitive base rate + £15 per completed shift (£60/week)

Operate manual edging, trimming, band saw, and routing tools with precision

Maintain equipment and ensure a clean working area

Meet production targets in a high-volume environment

Report faults or quality issues promptly

Experienced in manual production processes
