A Chef de Partie is required in East Sussex for this beautiful and renowned country estate.

This stunning property is set within acres of beautiful countryside providing amazing views and is home to an a la carte restaurant.
You must have Chef de Partie within a fresh food kitchen, and without this experience we unfortunately can’t consider your application.

The kitchen is manned by an extremely dedicated and talented brigade and provides the best platform for the right candidate to really come into their own.
They could also consider candidates at all levels from Commis to Junior Sous, depending on experience.
As Chef de Partie you will:
- Be responsible for working on all sections of the kitchen as required
- Be responsible for running your own section
- Ensure self-organisation and that all mise en place is completed prior to service
- Be passionate, talented and hardworking
- Have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout
