Salt is looking for an exceptional Supervisor / Assistant Manager to join our modern, vibrant restaurant in the heart of Maldon.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality.
- A genuine passion for food, wine, cocktails and outstanding customer service.
- Confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A positive, energetic personality with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to motivate staff and maintain high service standards.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
