As we continue to grow, we are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our dynamic People Team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth running of our HR operations, supporting employees throughout their lifecycle, maintaining accurate records and systems, and helping to deliver an excellent employee experience across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process, including contract sign-off, Right to Work checks, maintaining onboarding trackers, and setting up employee profiles & conducting induction sessions for new UK starters.
- Coordinate the offboarding process, including updating HR records, removing system access, and arranging exit interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems, including Opera and eLearning platforms.
- Complete regular HR audits and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and follow up with managers regarding lateness, absences, and Return to Work documentation.
- Support the planning and delivery of employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Analyse employee engagement survey results and support action planning.
- Provide general HR administrative support and undertake ad hoc tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an HR administration or HR support role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
