Job Summary
We are seeking a Roofing Supervisor/Foreman to lead and oversee roofing projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate roofing crews, ensure safety standards are met, and maintain high-quality workmanship throughout each project. Duties
- Supervise daily roofing operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and workflow management to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure materials and resources are available for each phase of the roofing project.
- Monitor safety compliance on-site by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections to prevent accidents.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise roofing crews, providing guidance and training as needed to uphold quality standards.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify that work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, safety reports, and progress updates for transparency and accountability.
Experience
- Proven management experience with over 10years in construction or roofing supervision with a strong track record of leading teams effectively.
- Supervising experience in large-scale roofing projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experience with Flat Roof Systems, PVC, Tapered insulation.
- Ability to read drawings
