Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills when processing payments.
- Collaborate with FOH staff to ensure service to the restaurant is held to the highest degree.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, demonstrating excellent time management skills during busy periods.
- Serve on busy wedding bars.
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately.
- Excellent time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
