Sales Manager – Bathroom Industry
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to join our bathroom installation company.
The role will involve attending pre-booked customer appointments, designing and selling bathroom projects, managing your diary and leads, supporting another salesperson, and ensuring customers receive an excellent service from initial consultation through to installation.
We currently operate with five full-time fitting teams and have strong growth plans, offering excellent opportunities for the right candidate.
Requirements:
* Previous sales experience essential
* Bathroom, kitchen or home improvement industry experience preferred
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Self-motivated and target driven
* Full UK driving licence
Package:
* £30,000 basic salary
* Monthly performance bonuses
* Realistic OTE £45,000–£60,000+
