The RolesYou will manage the end-to-end customer journey on the phones, guiding customers through the lending application process or work in our Collections team dealing with enquiries and providing supportive solutions for our customers.What We Are Looking For
- Customer Excellence: Great customer service as standard, with a history of delivering top-tier service on every call.
- Rapport Building: Ability to establish quick, professional rapport with customers to understand their situation.
- Communication Skills: Strong questioning and listening skills with customers to accurately identify their needs.
- Detail Focus: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure precise data entry and customer notes.
- Task Management: High-level organisation skills to balance call volumes and administrative duties efficiently.
- Proven Track Record: Solid experience in financial services, consumer lending, or collections is highly valued.
- Compliance Driven: Previous experience in an FCA-regulated business with an understanding of driving good outcomes for customers.
- The Basics: Minimum 1 year of phone experience, GCSEs (or equivalent), and UK work authorisation.
