We are opening a brand-new nursery in Market Drayton and are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to join our team full-time (40 hours per week). Our setting operates 7:30am–6:00pm, and we need a confident leader who can deliver outstanding care from day one.
Requirements:
- Level 3 or above in Early Years
- Strong management/leadership experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Solid knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations
- Leading and supporting staff
- Ensuring compliance and high-quality childcare
- Building strong relationships with parents and the community

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
