Working at our new factory producing Takis on the night shift working 10pm - 6am Monday to Friday
Job Purpose
To ensure that all finished goods are taken from Production and loaded on to dispatch vehicles in a timely manner.
Job Description
· Responsible for ensuring all goods are wrapped and loaded on to dispatch vehicles
· Clear communication with production department to ensure consistent stock levels to supply customer demands
· Ensure that all goods that leave site are to the required standard of the customer and are packed correctly to customer specification
· Check trailer temperatures (as required) are appropriate
· Report any issues to the Supervisor or Technical as required
· Maintain GMP’s. Audit ready at all times
· Maintain a good standard of cleanliness of all areas, adhering to clean as you go policy
· Ensure that all risk assessments are considered when working and preventative measures adhered to
· Completing near miss cards as appropriate
· Attending H&S Meetings as required
· Reporting of any H&S issues
· Driving as an when required in all logistics areas
· Ensure all FLT checks are completed as necessary
· Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed
· Take waste bins from Production to the yard area
· Bring in packaging components and deliver to packing area
· All other duties and ad hoc projects as allocated by warehouse manager
Pay: £15.04 per hour
