Location: Home-based with regular travel across London and the South-East localities

About this role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to provide operational leadership across our London and South-East services.
This is a key leadership role that will support the effective day-to-day delivery of services, ensuring operational challenges are resolved quickly, performance is monitored effectively and opportunities for improvement are identified and delivered.
Working closely with the Head of London and South-East and Director of Services, you will lead operational improvement initiatives, support service managers to deliver high-quality outcomes and provide direct line management to the Helpline Manager and Programmes of Support Manager.
The role will play an important part in building leadership capacity across the region, enabling a stronger focus on strategic priorities, contract delivery, partnership development and service growth.
About you
You will be an experienced operational leader with a track record of managing teams, driving performance improvement and successfully implementing change.
You will be confident analysing data, identifying risks and opportunities, and translating insight into practical action that improves services for carers.
You will be highly organised, solutions-focused and comfortable managing competing priorities across a diverse portfolio of services.
Strong relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, partners and stakeholders at all levels.
Experience within publicly funded, commissioned, health, social care or voluntary sector services would be advantageous.
