We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator & HR Administrator to join our fast-growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and wants to grow alongside an ambitious company.
This is a diverse role that combines office administration, customer service and basic HR administration. No two days are the same, and we're looking for someone who is happy to take ownership of their work, support colleagues across the business and continuously develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the business.
- Answer emails and customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and external partners.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
- Raise invoices and assist with general accounts administration.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Office.
- Support the management team with general administrative duties.
- Assist with basic HR administration, including:
- Preparing employment documentation.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Assisting with recruitment administration.
- Supporting onboarding for new employees.
- Monitoring holiday records and absence reporting.
- Assisting with training records and HR documentation.
- Help coordinate meetings
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties required to support the business.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administration or office-based role.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and friendly manner.
- Ability to work independently using your own initiative.
- A positive team player who is willing to support colleagues across the business.
- Confidence dealing with customers and resolving enquiries.
- High levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
Desirable Skills
- Previous HR administration experience.
- Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of employment documentation and basic HR processes.
