We are looking to expand our team at Tropea, and we’re looking for a talented full-time Bar Manager to join our passionate team.
Back in 2024, we extended the restaurant and introduced a stunning new bar area. This space has quickly become a key part of what we offer, and we’re now looking for someone who can truly bring it to life.
We’re seeking a Bar Manager with personality, confidence, and charisma—someone who can take ownership of the bar, engage with guests, and create a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere.
Alongside strong hosting skills, you’ll need to deliver high-quality drinks with speed, consistency, and attention to detail.

Details:
* Pay: National Minimum Wage + service charge + cash tips
* Hours: Approximately 35-45 hours per week
* Days: Tuesday to Saturday
Pay: £14.50-£16.00 per hour
