SoSweet have a very exciting opportunity for a determined and switched-on individual to join our ever-growing team.
We need a customer sales assistant to assist the supervisor in run our busy customer-facing environment in Taunton
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Day to day running of a busy retail sweet shop, with responsibility of cash handling, peer staff training and a key holder.
- using correct procedures, stock rotation and practices
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Stock replenishment
- Weekend working will be required
Required Skills:
- You must be able to work independently as well as lead and work team
- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
- Be confident in up-selling.
- Have good people skills within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Retail experience preferred (training will be given)
The ideal candidate will be positive, fun, friendly and have a professional attitude. This is a part-time role with set hours, however more hours will be available during holidays and as need by the business.
Applicants MUST be hardworking, conscientious, fully flexible, reliable, willing to learn and of smart appearance.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
