Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to conduct comprehensive commercial property surveys. The successful candidate will be involved in delivering various aspects of commercial surveying including pre-acquisition surveys and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with Commercial clients on Dilapidations, Contract Administration, Schedules of Condition, Pre-Acquisition Surveys, and PPMs.
- Administer contracts and oversee project development from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with other surveyors, contractors, and clients to ensure high standards of project execution and deadlines are met.
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss project progress and strategies.
- Support the growth of the business by providing customers with outstanding services and give input into the wider business development strategy.
Essential Requirements:
- Chartered Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- Proven experience in commercial surveying.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
