The role
You'll be supporting a young man with complex health needs in his own home in Whitchurch and his local community.
Our client loves music and sport, as well as exploring the local surroundings with his care team. You'll support him with personal care and hygiene, medication, nutrition and respiratory care.
Our client requires 2:1 / 24hr care, so you'll be working 12hr shifts alongside another experienced member of the team, with clinical oversight from a Lead Nurse.
This role is Part Time.
Requirements
What we'd like:
- Experience in caring for a patient / client with complex health needs
- Car driver with access to your own vehicle (essential due to rural location)

Training
Whilst we expect a degree of experience in caring for individuals with complex health needs, full clinical training on the specific needs of our client will be provided for the right candidates. This includes a combination of e-learning and classroom-based training, followed by job-shadowing and "hands-on" training by a Lead Nurse. We operate a 24hr clinical on-call to provide round-the-clock support to our clients and their care teams.
