Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Caterer to join our dynamic team in Canary Wharf. In this role, you will contribute to delivering exceptional catering experiences that align with our company's mission of quality and innovation. This position is vital in helping us provide memorable dining solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Run all events bookings and quotes
- Replying to emails
- Support with preparing and serve food according to company standards and client specifications.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down catering events.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service during events.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Support administrative tasks related to event planning and documentation.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or catering roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Previous experience with inventory management is a plus.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
