Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Banquet Chef to join our culinary team at Holmes.

Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for banquet events in accordance with specified menus and standards
- Assist in the planning and organisation of meal preparation for large-scale functions
- Ensure all food is prepared fresh, presented attractively, and served promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure ingredients are available as needed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service times
- Follow all health and safety procedures to uphold a safe working environment
- Serve food efficiently during events, ensuring guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen setting
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or catering environment is desirable
