Due to continued growth, we are seeking a passionate and professional Medical Aesthetician or Senior Medical Aesthetician to join our expanding team in our luxury clinic based in St Albans, Hertfordshire, conveniently located in town centre.

About the Role
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care, performing advanced aesthetic treatments, conducting consultations, and supporting the patient journey from consultation through to treatment.
Your workload will be varied and rewarding, providing opportunities to develop your expertise across a range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
Treatments will Include:
- Advanced skin rejuvenation treatments
- Skin tightening and lifting procedures
- Cryolipolysis (fat reduction)
- Ultrasound treatments
- Radio Frequency (RF) Micro-needling treatments
- Medical Facial
- LED Light Therapy
- Wellness Checks
- Medical-grade skincare consultations
- Treatment planning and aftercare support
- Front-of-house and patient care responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for all patients.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and skin assessments.
- Recommend appropriate treatment plans and skincare products based on individual patient needs.
- Deliver treatments safely and effectively to a high clinical standard.
- Educate patients on treatment options, results, and aftercare.
- Build strong patient relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
- Support clinic marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and comply with clinic protocols.
- Represent the clinic professionally at all times.
Essential Requirements
✅ NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (minimum requirement)
✅ Strong knowledge of skin health and medical-grade skincare products
✅ Outstanding customer service and communication skills
✅ Professional appearance and manner
✅ Passion for aesthetics and patient care
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Experience
- 3+ years' experience as an Aesthetician
- Experience with laser treatments
- Experience with Cryolipolysis
- Experience with advanced skin technologies
- Experience with Medical skincare
- Previous experience within a medical aesthetics clinic
