Overview
We are currently seeking a Cleaner to join our team in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at our client's offices. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in upholding a clean and safe environment for staff and visitors.
This is a cover role working across various sites all within approximately 15 minutes travel of Storrington.
This job will involve working at weekends and may involve working some weekdays during the evenings.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and can be flexible in their approach to work as this role will involve working across a range of sites which may vary week to week.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Sanitise and disinfect surfaces to prevent the spread of germs
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and hand towels
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards
- You need to have a can do attitude & an understanding that good customer service is vital
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is desirable
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and supervisors
- Understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning activities
