Responsibilities

- Maintain high standards of customer service through effective team management and communication.
- Organise staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during operational hours.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication across diverse teams.
- Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams within retail or sales settings.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette.
