An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking group of companies specialising in the manufacture and installation of steel floor decking systems. Our Centralised Finance Head office in Dinnington, Sheffield is looking to enhance the Finance team of Studwelders Composite Floor Decks with the addition of an Assistant Management Accountant. This permanent position will provide a varied and exciting role working closely with the Finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Nominal & Balance Sheet reconciliations in order to prepare the TB for compiling the monthly management accounts
- Review COS & project Costing
- Log & Review installations (Labour analysis)
- Stock Reconciliations & Usage Summaries
- Update Daily Cashflow & weekly cashflow forecasting
- Completing various HMRC & Irish Revenue returns (CIS / VAT / Corporation Tax / PAYE)
- Group account reconciliations inc. Sales/Purchase breakdowns
- Providing support with weekly wages set up & processing in Sage payroll
- Processing & checking mid and end of month payments
- Prepare the year end audit file and assist with any audit queries
- Assist with preparing budgets & forecasts
- Provide support to credit controller & purchase ledger clerk
Key Skills
- Attention to detail
- Competent in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Sage 50 & Sage Payroll (Preferable)
Pay: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
