About Goleudy
At Goleudy, we work tirelessly to prevent homelessness and create lasting change in people’s lives. Weprovide housing, support, and meaningful opportunities, with the mission of improving the lives of people threatened with or experiencing homelessness.
What Makes Goleudy Different
We use Solution‑Focused Practice (SFP), a strengths‑based approach that helps people notice what’s going well and take small, positive steps forward. You don’t need experience — we provide comprehensive training, and you’ll be supported as you grow your confidence and abilities.
About the Role
As the Senior Support Worker, you will lead our frontline team and ensure the delivery of safe, high‑quality, person‑centred support.
In this role, you’ll guide and mentor Support Workers, manage day‑to‑day service operations, and take the lead in embedding psychologically informed and strengths‑based approaches across the service. You will hold a small caseload, complete risk assessments, and work closely with partners across housing, health, and community organisations to help clients maintain their tenancies, improve wellbeing, and progress towards independence.
Who We’re Looking For
Compassionate, resilient individuals who are open‑minded, willing to learn and eager to support others using trauma‑informed and strengths‑based methods.
People with experience in supported housing, homelessness, or working with people with complex needs. We welcome applicants with leadership potential seeking to take the next step in their careers.
This is a dynamic and rewarding position for someone who thrives in a busy environment, is confident in making decisions, and is passionate about reducing homelessness and empowering others.
