London · Flexible (min. 4 shifts a week) · Weekly pay · Paid training
Employment status: Self-employed contractor
Looking for a role that's sociable, rewarding and gets you out from behind a desk?
Freddie's Flowers started with one man, a milk float, and a mission to get beautiful flowers into people's homes. We're a bit bigger now, but the energy's the same and we're looking for people in London to help spread the word.
You'll start out on a branded e-bike, riding around the city and introducing people to Freddie's. Once you've found your feet, there's real opportunity to move into some of the best pop-ups and events in London: think Jo Malone, Joe & the Juice, AMIE Wines and the Chelsea Flower Show. No previous sales experience needed: you'll get full paid training before you start, plus ongoing coaching from the team.
What you'll actually be doing
- Riding your branded e-bike around London, starting conversations and signing people up
- Progressing into brand pop-ups and events as you build results
- Explaining what Freddie's is and why people love it
- Being part of a high-performing, close-knit London team
Pay
Weekly pay, commission-based, no cap on what you can earn.
- How it works: You're paid per confirmed sign-up, up to £70 per sale
- What people typically earn: 6 sales a shift averages out at £210 or £840 per week
- First 12 weeks: hit three sales in a shift and you'll unlock a day rate, so you're not relying purely on commission while you're still learning
Where it can lead
Start on the street team, on your e-bike, learning the fundamentals. As you build confidence and results, you'll get first pick of bigger activations, brand partnerships, and pop-ups as they come up, including some seriously exciting names. The events calendar changes constantly, so this is one of the few sales roles where "what does my week look like" has a different answer every time.
Who tends to do well in this role

- Motivated by hitting targets
- Well presented and confident representing a brand
- Reliable and up for a full schedule
Why people love this job
It suits actors, graduates, musicians, students and anyone after work that fits around other commitments. Most people who do well here say the same thing: it's the most fun they've had earning money, and the confidence it builds carries into everything else.
