About the Opportunity
We are looking for a high quality and reliable self-employed Trainer to deliver exciting training to care providers across Sussex, Kent, Surrey and Hampshire. This is a flexible freelance opportunity suited to a confident trainer who is looking to build a long term and busy relationship with a training company
What You’ll Be Delivering
· Mandatory and added value training for adult social care staff
· Courses may include topics such as First Aid, basic life support, safeguarding, moving and handling, medication awareness, infection control, health and safety, dementia awareness, equality and diversity.
· We are happy to help the right trainer upskill and expand the courses they can deliver.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver professional, engaging and compliant training sessions
· We are called Buzz, because we expect our trainer to create a buzz of interest and excitement
Essential Requirements
· A recognised teaching or training qualification, such as PTLLS, AET, Train the Trainer or equivalent
· Reliable, professional and able to manage your own diary as a self-employed trainer
· Access to your own transport and willingness to travel across Sussex
Desirable
· Experience delivering moving and handling, medication, first aid, dementia or behaviour support training
· Experience working with care homes, supported living services or domiciliary care providers
· Ability to deliver both face-to-face and online training
· Knowledge of adult social care standards, safeguarding responsibilities and person-centred practice

Pay: £25,420.00-£46,435.33 per year
