The Role:
- Registering buyers and arranging viewings
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales
- Generating new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Proactively winning instructions and creating opportunities
- Helping establish a strong local presence
- Working towards ambitious sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Motivated, energetic, and target-driven
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
- Estate agency or sales experience preferred
- Confident negotiator and relationship builder
- Full UK driving licence preferred
