Job Description
CRC Corporate Solutions Ltd is expanding its technology leadership team and is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable technology solutions. In this role, you will oversee solution design from initial consultation through implementation, ensuring every project balances technical excellence with commercial value. Working closely with clients, architects, developers, and delivery teams, you will shape innovative solutions that support long-term digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution discovery sessions to understand business requirements and technical objectives.
- Produce solution designs, technical proposals, and implementation strategies for enterprise clients.
- Coordinate with software engineers, infrastructure specialists, and project managers throughout delivery.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend platforms that improve efficiency, resilience, and scalability.
- Provide technical governance by reviewing solution quality, architecture standards, and deployment readiness.
- Support pre-sales activities by presenting technical recommendations during client engagements.
- Monitor project risks and ensure technical deliverables remain aligned with business expectations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, enterprise systems, or technology management.
- Broad understanding of cloud computing, enterprise applications, systems integration, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to executives, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
- Experience delivering technology solutions within structured project environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Microsoft Azure, AWS, TOGAF, ITIL, or equivalent professional certifications would be advantageous.

Pay: £5,100.00-£6,800.00 per month
