Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Production Planner to begin work for a well-established company in the Belfast area.
About the role:
- Monday - Friday
- 08:00 - 17:00
- £13.77 per hour
- Scheduling and coordinating engineers' workloads, managing appointments, variations and follow-up works, liaising with clients, operatives, supervisors and customers, maintaining accurate records and supporting the administration of responsive repairs/regeneration works.
- DBS required
- Potential for extension or temp to perm
- Start: ASAP
- End: Thursday 31st December 2026
About You:
- High work ethic & team player
- Punctual & reliable
- Previous administrative or scheduling experience
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident using MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Previous call centre experience would also be considered
- Experience in construction, regeneration, responsive repairs or social housing is desirable
