Hours: Full-Time | Day Shift Only
Shift Pattern: 5 Days On / 4 Days Off / 4 Days On / 5 Days Off
About the Role
We are looking for a practical, hardworking Mining Site Services Operative to join our team. This hands-on role supports the safe operation of our mining/quarry site through groundworks, estate maintenance, drainage, water management, and general site services.
** This role requires you to pass a Drug and Alcohol test on day one **

Key Duties
- Groundworks and basic civil works
- Drainage and water management
- Fencing repairs and installation
- Pump installation and maintenance
- General estate and site maintenance
- Operate excavators, backhoe loaders, tractors, and other plant (where trained)
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping
What We're Looking For
- Experience in quarrying, mining, construction, agriculture, or a similar outdoor environment
- Practical experience with groundworks, drainage, fencing, or water management
- Mobile plant operating experience is desirable
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Qualifications
- CPCS, NPORS, or MPQC plant tickets
- First Aid qualification
- Welding experience
- Quarry or mining experience
