We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our small, ambitious team.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager or Restaurant manager
What you'll do
- Lead service with warmth, confidence and attention to detail.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.
- Manage rotas, stock, ordering and daily operations.
- Build relationships with our regular guests and create memorable dining experiences.
- Support the business in achieving its financial and operational goals.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a quality restaurant environment.
- Ready for your first Restaurant Manager position or looking for the next step in your career.
- Naturally warm, approachable and professional.
- Calm under pressure with excellent organisational skills.
- Passionate about food, hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent wine knowledge is essential, with confidence recommending pairings and guiding guests through the wine list.
- A genuine eye for detail and pride in delivering refined but relaxed service.
