We have an opportunity to join our Reception Team in a busy 3 Star Hotel. The ideal candidate must be numerate with a good degree of literacy and excellent telephone manner.
The nature of the position will involve dealing with accommodation and general enquiries; the role is varied and requires administrative experience. Most of all we are seeking to employ someone who is pleasant, professional and reliable. Suiting a cheerful, friendly individual with an interest in sales and marketing with an understanding that providing excellent customer service is vital.
The ability to work well under pressure is an advantage as is the ability to work as a team or alone. Experience in a similar role is preference but not essential as training will be given.
Usually working five days out of seven the role and hours vary according to business demands including weekends and evenings; approximately 35-39 hours per week, meets & exceeds minimum wage. The position offers staff discounts use of leisure facilities and discounted accommodation at our sister hotel in Devon.
