We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and beauty qualified Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy salon. This key role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning while delivering exceptional client care and supporting the growth of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out beauty treatments as required, supporting the team during busy periods and upholding service excellence.
- Lead and manage all aspects of salon sales, including setting individual targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to drive consistent sales growth.
- Oversee administrative duties such as rota planning, stock control, and payroll management.
- Supervise, support, and train team members to ensure high standards of skill, service, and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized salon environment in line with company standards.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong sales management abilities with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Experience in team leadership, coaching, and staff development.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage several priorities simultaneously.
- Outstanding organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- A minimum Level 2/3 (or higher) Beauty Therapy qualification is essential.
- Must be confident and prepared to perform salon services to a professional standard.
