As a Housekeeping Associate with ISS UK, you be playing a key role in delivering a warm, professional, and memorable welcome.
This important position is ideal for someone who takes pride in exceptional service, builds genuine relationships, and helps create an outstanding experience for everyone who visits the workplace.
The Role
- Create a welcoming environment for guests and colleagues while delivering excellent customer service
- Maintain office, wellbeing and breakout areas, ensuring all spaces are clean, organised and well presented
- Manage coffee machines and meeting rooms to support the smooth running of daily operations
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, sign in visitors and contractors, and assist with administrative tasks
- Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues, fostering a friendly and professional atmosphere
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and professionalism in every interaction while promoting the workplace, facilities and culture
About You
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of people
- Strong teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work independently when required
- A considerate and proactive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment
- Competent in using relevant systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
