Tailored Transitions Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic individual's to join our Waking night team in Bearcross (Woodside). The role involves supporting four young adults with complex medical, physical and learning needs to lead their best lives. Each individual on shift receives 1-1 care allowing staff to really help enhance their health and well-being on a day to day basis.
The job includes supporting with personal care at times throughout the night, assisting with their morning and evening routines, medication management, half hourly checks and light house hold duties.

Role available: Full time Waking night support Worker
Shifts patterns available: -3 nights per week
Must be able to work a night every other weekend,
20:45- 08:45 - 12 hour waking night shift with paid break.
