The Opportunity
Reed recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable HGV Class 2 Driver to join a well-established logistics operation based in County Antrim. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional driver seeking a stable, long-term role with consistent hours and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Carry out multi-drop deliveries and collections across Northern Ireland
· Load and unload vehicles in line with delivery paperwork
· Complete daily and weekly vehicle safety checks
· Ensure full compliance with UK road transport legislation
· Maintain communication with the transport office throughout the working day
· Accurately record working hours using company systems
· Take responsibility for the safe handling and care of all goods
· Follow all company policies relating to transport, warehouse, and health & safety
· Maintain vehicle cleanliness, ensuring regular washing and upkeep
Essential Requirements
· Valid HGV Class 2 Licence
· Driver CPC qualification
· Clean driving record
· Previous multi-drop delivery experience
· Strong knowledge of towns and cities across Northern Ireland
· Manual handling awareness/training
· Excellent reliability and time management skills
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 6:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
Flexibility required based on operational needs
