We're looking for a confident and ambitious Client Acquisition Executive to help grow our client base by introducing businesses to Staff Playbook and demonstrating how our platform can transform their recruitment process.

About the Role
Working from our Chadwell Heath office, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, arranging demonstrations, building long-term relationships and converting new businesses into platform subscribers.
You'll become an expert on our platform and play a key role in helping employers recruit high-quality talent more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email and LinkedIn.
- Identify brands, agencies, venues, event organisers and employers that would benefit from Staff Playbook.
- Arrange online and face-to-face platform demonstrations.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline using our CRM.
- Develop long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into paying subscriptions.
- Work closely with the Founder and Operations Director to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Represent Staff Playbook professionally at networking events and exhibitions when required.
- Provide client feedback to help shape the future development of the platform.
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Minimum 2 years' experience within recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident speaking with decision-makers and business owners.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Full right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- Experience selling recruitment services or SaaS platforms.
- Previous business development or sales experience.
- Knowledge of promotional staffing, events, hospitality or experiential marketing.
