Provenance kitchen is looking for a Kitchen Porter for our Cambridge location!
Wednesday - Friday 10am-3.30pm
More hours availabe if required
Responsibilities:
- Follow the daily schedule set by the Chef
- Clean and sanitize work areas and other kitchen surfaces
- Ensure that there is enough clean water, clean dishes, and dishwasher parts to cover the daily service requirements
- Maintain inventory of dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of all work areas
- Follow proper food handling procedures when using equipment such as sauté pans
- Store all food materials in the proper locations
- Work as part of a team with other servers and cooks to meet customer needs
- Keeps a clean and organized work area, including the prep table and surrounding areas
Qualifications:
- Food handling experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow direction and meet deadlines
- Ability to be flexible and dependable
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
