Winter Retail assistant Manager to start immediately– SOUVENIR SHOP IN BROAD STREET OXFORD
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YRS RETAIL SALES MANAGER EXPERIENCE
- Strong communication skills in English are essential for customer service and safety

Location: BROAD STREET OXFORD
Hours: WEEKDAYS & SOME WEEKENDS
Pay: £14.74 PER HOUR (bank contract where holiday pay is incuded in hourly rate)
Full‑time: 30–40 hours per week
Join our busy oxford souvenir shop and play a key role in helping us deliver an exceptional experience to customers from Oxford and around the world. We’re looking for a confident, reliable and proactive Assistant Manager to work closely with our current Team and help lead the day‑to‑day running of the shop.
What You’ll Do
Support the staff with the smooth daily operation of the shop.
Deliver warm, professional customer service and represent our brand with pride.
Help manage stock levels, merchandising and shop presentation.
Handle payments, refunds and customer queries accurately and confidently.
Take responsibility for opening and closing the shop when required.
Support with training, guiding and motivating staff during busy periods.
Ensure the shop remains clean, organised and welcoming at all times.
Work flexibly across weekdays and weekends as part of a full‑time rota.
What We’re Looking For
Retail experience is essential, ideally with some supervisory or key‑holder experience.
A friendly, honest and engaging personality with strong communication skills.
Someone proactive, organised and confident working both independently and alongside the manager.
Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Able to work 30-40 hours per week, including weekends when needed.
