The role:
· Service, maintain and repair domestic and commercial gas appliances and heating systems.
· Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns.
· Complete fault finding on electrical control systems associated with HVAC and commercial gas equipment.
· Carry out occasional installation and replacement of domestic and commercial gas equipment
· Complete detailed service reports and documentation using electronic job management systems.
· Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current industry regulations.
· Build strong relationships with customers through a professional and customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
Domestic gas – CCN1/CENWAT/ HTR1/ CPA/ CKR1
Commercial gas – COCN1/ CIGA1/ CORT1/ CDGA1/ TPCP1
COMCATs - desirable
BB1
Pay: £41,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
