Your Role: High-Level Order Picker
As a key member of the warehouse team, you’ll be responsible for accurate and efficient picking of goods at heights of up to 14 meters, operating a High-Level Order Picker (HLOP) within a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking stock accurately from high-racking systems using VNA trucks
- Navigating and working in a safe manner and following all health and safety protocols
- General manual handling and other warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
What We’re Looking For:
- FLT and MHE experience essential,
- Full training provided on HLOP provided
- Warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working at height and using emergency equipment
- Experience using HLOP or working in VNA environments is highly desirable
- Physically fit, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work 5 days out of 6 (with Sundays off and alternate Saturdays required)
- Own transport required due to limited public transport in the area

Hourly Pay Rates:
- £12.75 per hour – Initial training rate
- £13.75 per hour – AM Shift (06:00 – 14:00)
- £14.75 per hour – PM Shift (14:00 – 22:00)
