Aspire People are recruiting for an experienced **Level 2 Teaching Assistant** to join a friendly and supportive primary school in **North Liverpool** from **September**.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant who is passionate about helping children thrive in the classroom. You'll work closely with the class teacher to support learning, deliver targeted interventions, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
## The Role
- Support teaching and learning across the classroom alongside the class teacher
- Deliver small-group interventions in Maths, English, Reading and Phonics
- Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of abilities and learning needs
- Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
- Encourage positive behaviour and pupil engagement
- Support assessment activities and help monitor pupil progress
## The Ideal Candidate
* Holds a **Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification** (or equivalent)
- Has recent experience working within a UK primary school in the last two years
- Has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum
- Has experience delivering intervention programmes
- Is proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic about supporting children's learning
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
