Duties
- Assist in supervising children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning through play
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare
- Help monitor children's progress and provide feedback to senior staff for individual development plans
- Support the management team in daily operational tasks, including record keeping and activity setup
- Contribute to creating an inclusive atmosphere that respects diversity and promotes positive social interactions
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to connect effectively with children and colleagues
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childcare best practices
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage groups of young children confidently
- Management skills to support daily nursery operations smoothly
- Valid driving license is preferred for transportation needs or off-site activities
- Passion for childcare, patience, adaptability, and a proactive attitude toward learning and development
