Position: General Manager, The Oak, Widmore Road
Location: Bromley, Greater London
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Accommodation: On-site accommodation available as part of Salary Package
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 based on experience
Originally established in 1858, our pub has been a cornerstone of the Bromley community for generations. Re-established by our company in 2022, the venue has recently undergone a complete, high-specification refurbishment, beautifully blending its rich Victorian heritage with a vibrant, modern pub experience. We are now looking for an entrepreneurial General Manager to take the reins of this freshly transformed local favorite and drive it into its next successful chapter.

This role includes a live-in opportunity, offering convenient on-site accommodation that allows you to bypass the London commute and truly become the face of the local community. As the General Manager, you will blend exceptional hospitality with sharp commercial acumen. You won't just manage the day-to-day operations; you will treat this newly refurbished business as your own—maximizing the potential of the new space, driving sales, mentoring a passionate team, and ensuring our pub remains the premier social hub in Bromley.
