Viewing & Booking Consultant – Venture Studios South Woodford
Be part of the UK’s largest family portrait photography brand, with award-winning studios across the UK, USA, India and Hong Kong. We are looking for a Viewing & Booking Consultant to join our friendly and creative team for our multi-award-winning Venture Studio in South Woodford.
The Role
This is a dynamic, people-focused sales role where you’ll play a key part in our clients’ experience — from the first call to the final reveal of their portraits.
You will:
- Call and engage with potential clients, educating them about the Venture experience and book them into our busy studio diary.
- Build excitement and rapport with customers, helping to shape ideas for their upcoming photoshoot.
- Conduct client viewings, presenting and advising on bespoke wall art and product options based on each client’s style, home, and budget.
- Guide clients through the selection process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
- Handle follow-up calls and enquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships and reaching team sales targets.
This is a sales-driven position requiring confidence, creativity, and exceptional communication skills.

Sales experience isn’t necessary for this role as full training will be provided, and ongoing development and career growth opportunities are available.
The Offer
- Full-time, permanent position
- Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday – 9am-5pm Tues-Fri, 9am-6pm Sat
- Salary: £25,000 + Bonus and Incentives
