About the role
Join Our Audiology Team as an Administrator & Customer Support Assistant!
Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Audiology Team. This role combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on training to become an Audiology Customer Support Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and over the phone, providing friendly and professional support.
- Handle clerical tasks, including managing databases, booking, and rescheduling appointments.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Conduct basic hearing screenings for optical customers.
- Identify individuals who may benefit from a full audiology evaluation.
- Work with optometrists and staff to integrate audiology services into patient care.
- Offer clear guidance on hearing aid care, including cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting common issues. (No prior experience needed—we’ll provide comprehensive training!)

- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Confidence in using computer systems and searching databases.
- A good standard of written English and Mathematics.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to help others.

Training:
- Training will be provided in our Birkenhead store. You will need to be able to travel to both Birkenhead and Upton Sainsburys
