An excellent opportunity has arisen for several Care Assistants to join our warm and dedicated team at The Grange Care Centre, a care home in Stanford in the Vale, Oxfordshire.

About the role
As a Care Assistant, you'll play a valued part in supporting the health, welfare and wellbeing of our residents day to day. It's hands-on, person-centred work that makes a real and meaningful difference to the people in our care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out general and specific tasks that support the good health, welfare and wellbeing of our residents
- Contributing to the development and delivery of residents' person-centred care plans
- Working flexibly to meet residents' individual support needs
- Communicating effectively and professionally with everyone involved in a resident's life
- Working as part of a person-centred team
- Working in line with the policies, procedures, aims and values of the home alongside your colleagues
What we're looking for
- A warm, caring and professional approach
- A genuine commitment to the dignity and wellbeing of our residents
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided, including the opportunity to gain a diploma in Health and Social Care
