Learning Support Assistant
(Full‑Time, Term‑Time Only)
Secondary School: 11 to 16 years old

Location: Merton / Wimbledon
Pay: £95–£115 per day (PAYE), depending on experience and qualifications
Full-time - September 2026 start
Zest Education is looking for multiple Learning Support Assistants to join a welcoming mainstream secondary setting in the Merton/Wimbledon area. This full‑time, term‑time role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their academic potential.
You will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored academic support to students within the classroom, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing 1:1 and small‑group academic support
- Helping students stay focused, confident, and engaged
- Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere

- Experience working with young people (school‑based or otherwise)
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach
- Strong communication skills
