We are seeking a dedicated experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support within our automotive service department.
Duties
- Greet customers and assist with their service needs
- Provide accurate information on available services and products
- Schedule service appointments and manage bookings efficiently
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely
- Upsell additional services or products where appropriate
- Maintain a clean and organised service area
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner
- Experience in cash handling procedures
- Ability to upsell services effectively
- Service Advisor experience
