Production Operative – Kendal Area
IWS Recruit are looking for a full-time Production Operative to join a friendly and supportive team near Kendal.
This is a clean, well-organised workplace offering ongoing work and full training – ideal if you’re reliable, hands-on, and want to be part of a great team.
Key Duties:
- Stacking printed sleeves from the production line
- Visual quality checks for print or damage
- Bundling/packing sleeves for dispatch
- Keeping your work area clean and tidy
- Working safely and following site procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with standing and repetitive tasks
- Experience in manufacturing/packaging is helpful but not essential
Shifts (rotate weekly):
Week 1: Mon–Thurs 5:30am–1:30pm, Fri 5:30am–11:00am
Week 2: Mon–Thurs 1:30pm–9:30pm, Fri 11:00am–4:30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Pay: £12.71-£14.24 per hour
